Say some more. Some more. HAHAHA!! Muthu damn funny!!!!!!!!!! Totally made my day!

So its finally over...my short...yet not really that short stint at Page One. The farewell wasn't expected...for I thought I would probably just leave "silently"...I am not especially apt at handling farewells...but I really got a huge surprise when these very thoughtful colleagues of mine had something in store for me. I was touched..and for a moment lemon had some juice squeezed out of him (as orange said)...but I guess I was just overwhelmed.
I haven't updated this blog for so long...so I suppose my readers will all have forsaken it...so I shall allow myself a little reminiscing over here.
Ok...my 1st ever job...started on 25th November 2008 and ended on 13th June 2009. I still remember the briefing Orange and Felinda gave...and I was kind of intimidated by all the info..and then it was Irfan who showed me the ropes to Humanities matters...but it all kinda fell into place gradually...thanks to the help of these patient friends of mine.
Orange is probably the da jie here...she knows everything and stuff...and she was also the first to talk to me online and gossip about stuff! So I feel comfortable with her and she has really been an awesome colleague to work with.
Irfan..haha...he is really crazy...and I didn't realise that until I was into my last days there...he helped me ALOT with work and was always a fun presence to be with...especially with his LAUGHTER! Haha...he has the most contagious laughter...along with Pearlyn. Wasn't especially close to him...probably cuz we rarely worked together...but he is really a great dude...and always cheery! :)
There is also Ayu...who I had an initial impression of her being "cold"...haha I dunno why but how wrong was I! I am so thankful for the nights I got to work with her...when we would talk about everything under the sun...from the existence of dinosaurs to celebs...and our favourite shane...and also to argue with her over liv and man u (also with lindy and my allies ismail and farhan)....she was great great fun to work with!
Lydia...or Komodo Dragon...hahahha! I didn't get to know her until my final 2 months or so...but she is...like Ayu...somebody I really enjoy working with! Ok..for one she can listen to my bitching...and she is equally crazy compared to irfan! She can also engage in really intellectual discussions too...prob due to her eng lit background...but she really is a fantastic friend to have.
Nawal is a great superior...who makes you feel as if he is not a superior...haha...he is flexible and doesn't put on airs...which makes it really relaxing to work under him. He can be lame and crazy too...I've caught glimpses of it! Haha but he really made my job much easier with his style of management.
Alright...and then in the middle of it all...I was made to do cashiering...when Evelyn went for her op...but ops was equally interesting a dept to work in..and I am somewhat glad to end up working there too for I got to know lots of people better!
Ah Cai is of course...a one of a kind superior...haha I've never seen anyone like him! But I really like the way he does things...and he is always protective of his staff...and I feel indebted to him for his kind treatment of me when I am at ops...Haha...and he still calls me "ah boy"...i wonder if he knows my name...hahaha
Phoebe...wasn't really close but we talked quite a bit at work! She is responsible from what I could see and she can really talk about anything also. I dun feel restricted when talking to her and she also gives me the big sister feel...haha
Penny! One of those I really talk to a lot...and she is really great...as a friend and as a colleague. I really love working when she is around and she lets people feel at ease when confiding in her...hope she gets what she wants soon!
Mark was a rare male presence in my female dominated work environment...so naturally I felt pretty at ease with him. He is always talking too...and is an engaging presence.
Elizabeth...rarely worked with her but we were kind of similar...we were both HUM peeps who somehow got transformed to OPS...haha...but she is really nice and always easy to talk to.
Evelyn...I think I worked TOO MUCH with her! HAHA...but she..for all of her habits like pinching everbody's ass...has her virtues too...she can talk...and really talk a lot...which was pretty helpful during the long ops hours..haha
Fatin, Hawa, Dyla! These 3 girls look like a group to me! And all 3 can really talk! I love working with them...cuz they are all so cheerful and full of rubbish! Haha...didn't get to see dyla for the last few weeks...but really kind of missed her nonsense...
And so other than ops..I had several short stays at other sections too! Didn't really get to know the others from those sections well...but I think I really benefited from their friendliness and helpfulness...esp when I ran into difficulties...esp to Daya...who was the first person who really talked to me when I wasn't settled down in the initial months. Thanks for making me feel more at ease in a new environment! :))
Ismail-my fellow true red devil and a most wonderful friend. I was probably closest to him during my stay there...and we had quite a few outings! I'm sure there will be more to come! Esp with the fruity gang...orange, shun ting, windy...i hope we'll all keep in contact!
This has gotta be one of my lengthiest entries...but I think I would really want to keep these memories of all these great people in a permanent state...while the impressions are still deep in my mind. Thanks a lot for everything and god bless every single one of them.

As a United fan, today was a painfully endured day. What can one say when OUR crown was so comprehensively wrestled from our grasp? It hurts like hell to see Messi steer his header beyond the reach of Van der Sar. It sucks to see the blue and maroon clad Barca army twirling their scarves in the air even before the final whistle was blown. However, we were soundly beaten...by a team that is most worthy of usurping our throne. Congrats to Barca and anybody linked to the club however distant but I believe Fergie will engineer another fantastic season next year and who knows? We could be champions again! :D
Been spending the past 2 off days at home...somewhat of a miracle in my mother's opinion...BUT I DUN LIKE IT AT ALL! I get all lazy and slack at home...and I end up staring like a moron into the computer screen, unable to lift an arm, or work my legs. I should get myself engaged in some worthwhile activity soon! Come 15th I will really need that stimulant to deter myself from commissioning myself as an official couch potato.

It was not as awkward a process as I envisioned it to be. I had tendered my virgin resignation, and truth be told, there was no elation on my part. I am in no mood to elaborate on the issue either.
"What happened before the Big Bang?"
"What lies beyond the frontiers of the universe?"
The boredom of work had somehow engaged the philosophers in Lydia and me. Its damn awesome working with her, for she has such an inquisitive mind. At times I stand in awe of her knowledge and I am always intrigued by her questions.
Stephen Hawking: What lies north of the north pole?
Haha...such elegance of simplicity. Does it even matter...what came before the big bang...in the grand scheme of things? Well I guess not!
OK..most of you who bother reading my absurd postings must be puzzled by my randomness...for a resignation has no direct correlation with cosmological philosophy..and cosmology has no relation with whatever I am about to start rambling about (I haven't the faintest idea what I am going to bullshit about next too)...so peeps...this is a signal for you to stop reading ...unless you are so absolutely bored that my absurdity actually strikes a chord with you.
I came across this application in facebook..about naming people you hope to meet. Lets see who would appear in my list (Totally random...not in chronological order)

1) Steve Jobs
2) Roger Federer
3) Wayne Rooney
4) Wang Lee Hom
5) Stephen Hawking
6) Jodi Picoult
7) Charles Dickens
8) Will Smith
9) Shane Filan
10) Steven Spielberg

OK..I have

2 Sportsmen
2 Musicians
2 Writers
1 Director
1 Actor
1 Scientist
1 Entrepreneur

Sports, Music, Literature, Movies...the typical stuff no-lifers engage themselves in..and I proclaim myself one. I wonder if people ever do feel, at some stage in their lives, a lack of earnest in anything they do. I so I am currently in transit through such a phase...for I find a dearth of passion in every endeavour I undertake...even reading and writing, which I used to relish doing, have lost their lustre. Isn't it a sad life I am leading now?

I should go fucking sleep.

''They have some great players in Giggs and Scholes and especially Wayne Rooney.

''One of my best friends, Anderson, is also there - how can anyone say no? They are the English and European champions and a great club to play for.''

Van der Sar
Rafael, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra
Ronaldo, Kaka, Scholes, Giggs
Rooney, Berbatov

Look at the midfield...but I assume if Kaka is in Ronaldo is out...
I like Kaka...for his grounded way of life...and of course his ability with the ball...he might not possess Ronaldo's repertoire of tricks but he is an extremely effective playmaker...direct and fast...the way United plays...Ronaldo, though gifted with the ability to produce stunning moments that can take the breath away, is too much of a whiner and I am still appalled by his despicable attempts to leave United...the club who groomed him to the player he is today, for that unethical has-been club that hails from Madrid. If he really wishes to play in SPain..I guess nobody can stop him...but make sure he is adequately replaced...and Kaka doesn't sound too bad a proposition...though he is more of a central midfielder than winger eh?

Work is fast becoming a drag....I'm so sick of it :X but I assume the others who are so much more senior than I am will feel even worse! I find myself less inclined to go about the chores...and though I will eventually get around to it...I am executing them in an unconscious trance....haha...but I am in serious contemplation of terminating my stint there in June..a month's rest sounds deliciously enticing! :D

All is smooth sailing once again in my personal life...examination stress is pretty tough to take I guess...and I have not the authority to compound more stress upon that strained mind of hers. P.S. I have thoughts to share...but I assume it is better left unsaid till you are relieved of your stress...hope you can summon your all for this final burst! Do well :)
